Refund Policy


You have the right to refuse the goods at any time before hanging them over, and within 14 days after hanging them over. 

The return of proper quality goods is possible if the specified goods were not in use and have marketable conditions, consumer properties, integrity of the packaging and documents confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the goods are preserved.

If you refuse the goods, we will refund the amount paid within 10 days from the date of the relevant claim submission, minus the cost of delivery. 

You bear the cost of the proper quality of goods returning. 

The reimbursement of the cost of goods is carried out using the payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly provided otherwise.
