Please be noted that if you place an order on a weekend or a public holiday, the package will be shipped on the next business day.
For example, if you place an order on Thursday, it is shipped on Friday; if you place an order on Saturday, it is shipped on Monday.
Order processing begins on the same day if an order is placed and payment is made before 11 AM EST. If the order is places after this time, it will be released on the next business day.
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

| What is a wooden puzzle? | Our puzzles are made from a pressured HDF that is 3mm thick. This material is eco-friendly, high-quality and durable. It doesn’t deform and doesn’t give splinters (like with plywood) |

| What do I do with completed puzzles? |
Many customers use their puzzle as an alternative to board games: they visit friends or family and complete the puzzle together. When you’ve completed the assembly process, don’t put the puzzle back in the cupboard. Use it as interior decoration! We have developed a special gluing system for this which fixes the puzzle together and sticks it to the wall. This is suitable for all sizes, with the help of one set you can fix and hang 8 small puzzles, 4 medium puzzles, or 4 large puzzles. |
